This project, the first of its kind in Mexico, consists of the adaptive reuse of a complex from the beginning of the 20th century, and introduces a collaborative housing model based on shared spaces, long-term ownership, neighborhood businesses and resident participation.

THE PROJECT

Community 1

This 16-unit adaptive reuse of an early 20th-century compound introduces a unique co-housing model.

It begins with a group of future residents already committed to living in the co-housing building and activating the community.
Site priced well below intrinsic value, driven by title conditions that allowed strategic negotiation and strong owner relationships.
Located within a central district shaped by both long-standing neighborhood life and new cultural anchors.
