For over fifteen years, we have invested in neighborhoods that preserve existing urban richness, fostering regeneration and recycling. This approach not only enhances heritage value but also allows us to uniquely leverage the opportunities that Mexico City offers. Each of our projects arises from a collaboration that intertwines diverse perspectives, disciplines, and proposals.
We are aware of the impact that each of our architectural and urban decisions have on the daily lives of our urban environment. ReUrbano emerged as the result of constantly and critically questioning the conventional models of real estate development. Our goal is to rescue properties with the aim of contributing to a better, more vibrant, active, diverse and blended city.
Reurbano is the result of 15 years of work by Mexican entrepreneurs passionate about Mexico City, who believe it is possible to positively contribute to improving the quality of life of its inhabitants by investing in properties with great design and architecture, connected to the city's amenities such as parks and theaters, and in areas with convenient access to public transportation.

This book tells a small part of what it means to "make a city" from ReUrbano's perspective, a laboratory that seeks to have a positive impact on the city.
