When ReUrbano acquired Havre 83, the building designed by Juan Segura had spent over two years with a 'For Sale' sign. Since then, it has served as a seed for new business, growth, and expansion. Reurbano's first offices were located here, back when the firm consisted of just two partners and three employees. Alongside ReUrbano, BUNA - Café Rico began its entrepreneurial journey within these walls. Once the brand was established, they moved to the Roma neighborhood, while maintaining their production facility in the Doctores neighborhood. In this way, Havre 83 has consistently activated and nurtured the success of local micro-economies.
