ZAMORA 15
COL. CONDESA

The Project

As part of a large-scale project focused on reactivating Mexico City’s central neighborhoods, Zamora 15 is a mixed-use development that proposes a new way to inhabit the city.
After completely restoring a heritage building located in the center of the site, apartments, commercial lots, and office spaces were incorporated into the project, creating within it a sense of community that echoes the vibrant lifestyle of the surrounding Condesa neighborhood. Due to its privileged location, Zamora 15 offers residents ample views of the Chapultepec Castle, one of the mexican capital’s most emblematic buildings. It is also surrounded by restaurants, cafés, art galleries and transportation systems, assuring that its immediate context is safe and pedestrian-friendly.

“The elements that characterize the art deco and that we can identify in the property are the use of materials, facades with broad cloths, rectangular windows, hidden access and with deep shading caused by a marquee”
