Manifesto
Believe in the place you live

We believe that every change we make must be for the better.

We work with respect for the blueprint of heritage to preserve and improve the historical character of the buildings.

We collaborate with some of the best architects and urban designers to achieve the principles of responsible design.

We actively encourage the use of outdoor space, the street and thoughtful communal spaces to nourish community spirit and build better neighborhoods.

Our Purpose

From Great Building Spring
Incredible Neighborhoods

Our purpose transcends trend and lifestyle. It’s more basic than that, and is instead a deeply rooted holistic connection for what is right for an area.

From this starting point, we find a better way to nurture community, re-start neighborhoods and create spaces to allow the individual to grow.

We represent a waking moment in a community – an invigorating alternative from the accepted norm and a chance to influence a better future.

Our Strategy

Halting Urban Decay

Often our buildings aren’t landmarks when we first start working with them – they are usually derelict warehouses that others avoid. Our driving force is to take the left behind, the unused and unproductive, bringing them new purpose and promoting sustainability with a city.

We aim to upturn both land values and human values to create better spaces that attract a dynamic genre of people. Our buildings attract those who have aspirations to invest into the culture of ‘their’ neighborhood, who gravitate towards mindful travel, who ‘support local’ and embrace greener life practices.

Our approach over the last 10 years has now been recognised as a re-programming for the market and the city, agitating new dynamics in a neighborhood. We have gained ongoing public buy in, attracting innovation through academic collaborations, extending the positivity of our reach even further.

Our Impact

Finding Purpose and Value

Unlocking the potential of our neighborhoods and communities is our goal as property developers, investors and architects.

We work with active purpose to re-energise buildings and neighborhoods. We connect the city’s pre-existing spaces with contemporary developments, bridging the gap between history and the present.

MEET THE TEAM

Reurbano began with the vision of just two people, over the last decade we now represent a team of over forty talented individuals from Mexico and further afield.

Our dynamic team is second to none in terms of how they set about shaping a city from a vision, design, architecture and people perspective. We also have in-house legal, administration, finance and marketing teams that make our world turn and allow us to create, build and make – efficiently, effectively, creatively but also with a large focus on being people-centric.

We also love to collaborate with great talent, especially on design and architecture, to continue to push forward and embrace positive ideas, leading to changes for the better. This allows us to tackle challenges alongside the most interesting and brightest minds out there. The results are us evolving and innovating whilst bringing new, exciting perspectives and layers of richness to our work.
